Terms of Use

1) When referring to “you”, “your” ect. , “you”, “your” ect. may be either yourself, and/or  your organization and/or group of friends, employees, people you have shared the game with, ect. that are agreeing to these terms. “I”, “me”, “my”, ect. refers to myself(the creator of Mann), and “Mann” and “game” refers to the entire game. “Terms of Use policy” and “policy” refer to this typed and/or written document. “^_^” and “>.<” are just niko-niko I use to emphasize my statements.      

            2) This game is for non-commercial(non-profit) use only. Please do not modify/change, sell, republish, and/or “mirrored”(by mirrored, I mean please don’t put I direct link from your webpage ect. to the download link of my game) in any way or form. However, I do not mind you redistributing the game to others if you liked it as long as you either link to the page where I have the file ready to be downloaded or state a disclaimer next to the link stating that you do not own or did not create any of the content being distributed, and let the downloader know that Mann does have a Terms of Use policy and that downloading the game will mean they have agreed to the Terms of Use policy.

3) Use of this game is at your own risk, and if something were to happen to your computer and/or whatever system you are using to play the game(for example if a person gives a download link to the file, but also secretly linked you to a virus that crashes your system) I and/or the game are not held responsible.

4) I may revise and change this document at any time without warning and that you will be responsible to check back here on your own accord to re-read and check for any changes and/or  updates, and that if you are found violating this policy you will be held responsible regardless if you have read and/or reread through this policy or not. However, on and only on the subject of there being a sharable, non-commercial use for Mann, if, for example, you download the game and distribute it while I am allowing you to share this game within the terms of this document, and later on I change it to “non-commercial personal use only”, if you can prove that you both downloaded the game before I changed the policy and that you had not been back to check on the policy since I changed the policy, then this will not apply to you.(I like to keep it fair!)

5) By downloading Mann and/or sharing Mann, you are agreeing to this Terms of Use policy and any revisions of this policy. If you do not agree to this policy, do not download the game.
